Dear Neale...Firstly I would like to say that I love your books, it is the first model of the divine that makes sense to me. I was raised Christian and I find the idea that God is a jealous, wrathful, judgmental God that requires salvation through strange, incomprehensible technicalities to be very distasteful.  Dear Neale...CWG teaches there is no such entity as the Devil. We have read and heard about Jesus the Christ going into the desert for fasting, meditation, and prayer for 40 days & nights. Supposedly, bad ol' Lucifer tempted Jesus three times and the last request from Lucifer was for Jesus to bow to him so Jesus may own the world/universe. Who was Jesus Christ speaking to if the devil doesn't exist?
