A Letter to Neale - Was Jesus talking to Lucifer?

Dear Neale...CWG teaches there is no such entity as the Devil. We have read and heard about Jesus the Christ going into the desert for fasting, meditation, and prayer for 40 days & nights. Supposedly, bad ol' Lucifer tempted Jesus three times and the last request from Lucifer was for Jesus to bow to him so Jesus may own the world/universe. Who was Jesus Christ speaking to if the devil doesn't exist?

I am confused. I appreciate your time with response. Blessings,
Angelica.

A lifetime-to-lifetime process

My dear friends...

Last week in this space we began a discussion of the difference between being a ”seeker” of The Holy Experience and being an “explorer” of it. Continuing on that topic...

Being an explorer of the full experience and knowing of life’s ultimate reality can often separate us from our family, friends, and peers, who wonder why we have not accepted the answers that they have found or accepted, and why we are not experiencing what they are...

A Letter to Neale

Hi Neale...I've heard you speak in your talks, and I think you've written in one of your books, about a society in which there is no "punishment" for breaking the law. How can society ever forgo the use of punishment as a means to prevent damaging behavior, when all of its people are not yet living by CWG's triangular code of awareness, honesty and responsibility? How can the police force effectively do its work when there is not the tool of punishment to do it with? Most of what the police...

Explore, but do not “seek”

I have learned in my life, after spending years looking for The Holy Experience (which, of course, is the experience of Divinity) that I can’t stay where I am and experience Divinity if I believe that Divinity is not where I am. And I apparently believed that it was not where I was, or I wouldn’t have gone looking for it.

We’ve talked here in previous weeks about two others tools: Yearning, and Willing. To recap: Yearning is the expression of a person who is not now...

A Letter to Neale

Dear Neale...Some time ago you posted the following comment on your Facebook page: "We must turn our attention today to the events in our world. They demand our focus, and we cannot ignore the daily traumas of life on Earth while we search for and explore higher spiritual truth and meaning."

Yet, I would humbly ask you to expand on that comment in relation to the emotional journey that the consciousness Abraham, of Abraham-Hicks, speaks of. In particular, Esther Hicks posted a message from...

15 Words They Won't Say

A while back I talked about 15 words that no one can say - no one, at least, in places of real power and influence within the world's spiritual, political, or business communities. Those 15 words...

We are all one.
Ours is not a
better way,
ours is merely
another way.

This is called, in the fourth of the Conversations with God books (titled Friendship with God), "the New Gospel." In that book a remarkable dialogue takes place, in which I asked God about why it is so difficult for...

It's Up to Us!

Our world moves closer toward its most Magnificent Tomorrow, and we stand in thanks during this Season of Gratitude for this wonderful experience.  Extraordinary developments occur every day which confirm for us that our brightest future is on its way.  Not all of these developments seems to be the most positive in-the-moment, but all of them will be leading us eventually to humanity's new horizon, the dawning of a new way to live together on this planet, and a new age of spiritual...

A Letter to Neale

Dear Neale,

After seeing you talk a while back, in Miami, I left with a couple of questions. I figured it would be best to ask. When you mentioned that one has the choice of being the receiver or the giver of whatever one wants in one's life, I can understand how if I want more love or compassion, I give love and compassion to others. But what about when it comes to health or relationships - as in a partner - how does this manifest? What needs to be given to find or have good health, or...

God and Wild Fires

What is God thinking here with wild fires? Or, for that matter, with ALL that is going wrong in our world?

Anyone who believes in God -- and certainly anyone who believes in a God Who gives us the power to create our own reality, and Who co-creates that reality with us -- has to ask that question, yes?

Yes.

I'm asking that question today. What in the world is God thinking here? A million people evacuated from their homes? Thousands of dwellings destroyed? Acreage more...

A Letter to Neale

 Hello Neale,

A gentlemen in his forties had been asked to leave the bedroom he shared with his wife. She was no longer interested in a physical relationship. Divorce was not even an issue, because of our old country club money and societal standards.

Eventually, he and his secretary fell in love and were lovers for some twenty years. She was shunned by the city folk for all those years. Eventually the wife died, and the man and his secretary married. Still, the unacceptance towards the...
