A Letter to Neale

Reader Question:

Dear Neale...When I am discussing my beliefs with others, that are centered around the CwG teachings, I find it very difficult to get the point across that there is no separation between us and God, or each other. People have a very hard time accepting that, and I am finding it increasingly challenging to explain it in a matter which makes sense. Although I have read the books many times, and it makes perfect sense to me, is there an easier way to help others see this alterna...

Reader Question:

Recently we received this letter from a spiritual teacher and minister in Florida who is very close to our Foundation's work and has been for many years. He had asked for some books from our Books for Friends program, to share with a Study Group. Here is his letter...

Dear Books for Friends,

The books just arrived, thank you.

Last week during the study group with the women from the shelter there was one particular lady who was having a difficult time with book one. I

Reader Question:

Hello, Neale,

This is a terrific website you have here and it is truly an inspiration to see that you are touching lives with your books and with your movie. However, what brings me here today on your website and why I am e-mailing you is that I am severely depressed and I am going through some tough times. I don't what else to do.

I am constantly looking for advice as to how I can start living my life. I had established a relationship with God 4 months ago and I've been

Reader Question:

Dear Mr. Walsch... I am very concerned about a friend of mine who is going through a stressful, questioning time in her life. She has doubts about God and salvation. I have not read your book yet, but I plan to after the conversation I had with her last night. I have already checked it out of the library.

My friend has come up with some pretty radical ideas about God from reading your book and I don't know if I can really adequately address them. The most important concern

Reader Question:

Dear Neale, Who does God Communicate with? He communicates with me. I am sorry -- he keeps asking me to contact you (or something does) My name is Maureen, I live in Australia. Thats the only thing I am instructed to write.

Neale Responds

Dear Maureen...God talks to all of us, all the time. The question is not, to whom does God talk? The question is, who listens? People write to me all the time saying, "God told me to contact you." I have no doubt this is true. And is wha...

Reader Question:

Dear Neale, Could you please let me know how to practice the "Gut level clarity" or "faith"? Could you please give me some tips how to develop it. Thank you so much.
Regards, Manish

Neale Responds

Dear Manish: Do not seek to have "faith." Seek to move to a place of "knowing." There are three levels of awareness...

1. Hope
2. Faith
3. Knowing

If you "hope" a thing will happen, you are allowing as to how it might not, but you sure hope it does.

If you have "faith" that a th...

Reader Question:

Dear Neale: There has been something rolling around in my thoughts for some time. Maybe you can help me with some direction. I know prayer is wonderful. I often put myself in a prayer mode just to capture that Love feeling. I do pray. However, if things happen perfectly in our "perfect universe" then what are we praying for? I mean, does prayer change "what is?" Please help me to understand more about prayer! I wish you love, and I give you thanks.

Sincerely, heart felt,
Stac...

Reader Question:

Dear Neale:..In your books God states that we need nothing. It's a wonderful idea. When we need nothing then we are truly free of cares and anxiety. We have peace of mind. But is it realistic?

Yes, I can see how we need nothing to exist. Life continues forever. I have no fear of death. From all accounts death is a wonderful experience. But there are many more horrible things than death like slowly starving and living homeless, which you've had experience with.

How can we gain...

Reader Question:

Hi Neale... I had to put down the Trilogy when I got to the part about your many questions on love, marriage and open marriage with God. I guess because I've been damaged and hurt in this area through my most recent marriage (marriage and divorce #3 for me). I had to let that information settle for a little bit before going back to the conversation. It made more sense after putting it down and picking it back up a couple days later.

My questions is this: in realizing a pers

Reader Question:

Dear Neale:

I have always believed that Jesus was a savior to all mankind. After reading CWG, I'm not sure. What is the truth as you know it?

Craig

Neale Responds

Dear Craig,

You've asked what many consider to be the central question of the century. The impact of Jesus' life was so extraordinary, it will never be forgotten. That is because Jesus was-is-a savior to all mankind. As are you and I.

Now, the difference between you and me and Jesus is that he
