Born and raised in Casper Wyoming, Nancy Walsch has always been connected to a profound sense of spirituality; however, it was her brother's death (when she was sixteen) that truly deepened her 'search for meaning' in life. Nancy became fascinated with what happens between lives and began reading anything she could get her hands on about near death experiences, reincarnation and past lives. "Raymond Moody paved the way for me about the meaning of death", Nancy recalls.

Continuing on her spiritual path, Nancy enrolled in Casper College and came away with an Associate degree in nursing and then a bachelor's degree in nursing and home health from the University of Wyoming. She spent 22 years working in the health care field as an Registered Nurse.

During this time, Nancy married and had two children. In 1984, she went through a painful divorce that gave her an opportunity to get back in touch with her spiritual connection once again.

Ten years went by until she met Neale, and ten months later the two were married. In 1995, Nancy co-founded with Neale the non-profit ReCreation Foundation. In 2003, Neale and Nancy's relationship transitioned from life partners to very dear friends. Several years later Neale re-married, and Nancy is likewise now re-married.  She is a registered hypnotherapist with a practice in Ashland, Oregon, and has produced a CD of visualizations for use at home (available at the store on this website).  Her personal website is www.nancywalsch.com.
